Walk for Women's Cancer
Walk for Women’s Cancer started in 2004 on the Sunshine Coast by founder and organiser Cassandra Munson. Walk for Women’s Cancers is designed to unite, celebrate and remember those effected by women’s cancers. It’s a fun filled event with men, women and children coming together to fundraise for women’s cancers and Cancer Council Queensland.
With one in six women at risk of being diagnosed with a women’s cancer in their lifetime, it’s important to gather together and help reduce that number.
Every dollar raised at the Walk for Women’s Cancers will help fund vital cancer research, prevention and patient support services.
