Cancer Council Queensland
Walk for Women’s Cancers Merchandise Refund Policy
Every time you buy from Cancer Council you're helping the fight against cancer. All profits from sales will go towards vital cancer research, prevention programs and patient support services.
Refunds and exchanges are limited to the extent necessary to comply with consumer guarantees only. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If you believe that you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
The date of your purchase
What garment/s you would like to return
A short description of the manufacturing and/or print error
A photo of the garment
We will contact you as soon as we receive your return request to discuss what your options are.
Where possible, products and packaging should be returned in their original condition and the original receipt should be retained as proof of purchase.
Important Note: We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the products are not faulty or have been damaged due to inappropriate use, a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.
The longevity of your t-shirt is largely up to you. To ensure you get as much wear out of them as possible please follow these instructions carefully.
- Cold gentle wash inside out
- Do not tumble dry (we like to hang ours straight on a coat hanger…no ironing necessary)
- If you must iron, iron inside out
- Do not dry in direct sunlight
